This Copyright Policy applies to www.louisemoto.com (the “Site”) operated by Emoto Studio.
1) Ownership of Content
Unless stated otherwise, all content on this Site is owned by or licensed to Emoto Studio, including (without limitation): films, photographs, still frames, text, logos, graphics, and the overall design and arrangement of the Site.

4) Client Film Sharing (General Guidance)
Unless your contract states otherwise:
Emoto Studio retains copyright in the films and any still frames created.
Clients receive a personal-use licence to view and share delivered films for personal purposes (including personal social media).
Any commercial use (paid advertising, brand partnerships, venue marketing campaigns, publication licensing, monetised channels, etc.) requires written permission and may require a separate licence.
Vendor sharing
Suppliers and venues may share delivered highlights with clear credit to Emoto Studio, provided the use is not paid advertising unless agreed in writing.
5) Third-Party Rights (Music and Platforms)
Some films may include music or materials licensed from third parties. Sharing may be subject to platform rules or licensing restrictions.

6) Copyright Concerns / Takedown Requests
If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, please email louis@emotostudio.com with:
