COVERAGE

CONSIDERATIONS

FORMATS/CONTENTS

VCR Footage

VCR footage may be used as analogue layer with the films. Digital coverage remains the primary format, with a camcorder used in moments where it feels fitting. Approximately 5 minutes of tape is used.

                                                          60 GBP

Super 8 Film

Super 8 film can be included as an analogue layer within the film. A full roll is used, producing approximately 2½ minutes of footage which is incorporated throughout the final edit. It brings a softer, more vintage quality that complements digital footage. When selected, it replaces any VCR footage unless both are used with a second filmmaker present.

 120 GBP Per-roll

35mm Photography

Film photography can be included as an analogue addition alongside the digital photographs. Using traditional film stock, 24 images are captured per roll throughout the day, with a softer texture and natural grain that differs subtly from digital photography. These photographs are developed and digitially delivered before being added to your final gallery.

40 GBP Per-roll

Photo Album

(IN DEVELOPMENT - SUMMER 2026)

A white layflat wedding album designed to present the photographs in a simple, timeless format. Images are arranged across full-page and paired spreads, printed on thick photographic paper that opens completely flat.

The album typically includes around 80–120 images, laid out across full-page and paired spreads, showcasing the natural rhythm of the day.

450 GBP

Ceremony Edit

A standalone ceremony video for those who are choosing Collection Two - Film and wish to see their ceremony in full.

65 GBP

FORMATS/CONTENTS

Additional Photographer / Filmmaker

Recommended for weddings with approximately 100 guests or more, or when preparations take place in separate locations. An additional filmmaker or photographer allows for broader coverage of the day, with more perspectives across the ceremony, speeches and celebrations.

Working as a coordinated team allows for more complete coverage of both photography and/or film, and is particularly beneficial when booking photography and hybrid film together, allowing both formats to be captured more fully without compromise. It also creates more opportunity to incorporate analogue formats, alternative angles and aerial perspectives throughout the day.

When choosing Collection Four, if an additional filmmaker is then added, coverage changes to a combination of Collection One and Collection Three.

Coverage typically lasts around 9 hours.

600 GBP

Extended Coverage

Additional coverage can be arranged where the day extends far beyond ten hours or includes moments outside the main wedding. This may include fittings, gatherings or pre-wedding events. Extra time can be planned in advance or added on the day where possible.

  75 GBP Per-hour

Content Creator

As an individual role, the creator will capture short form video and behind the scenes moments throughout the day. This is filmed on a Pro Model iPhone, allowing for a more immediate and informal view of the day alongside the main photography and film.

Approximately 20, 30 second edited montage-style videos are delivered within 24 hours after the wedding, including all RAW files. Coverage lasts approximately 10 hours.

  500 GBP

Half Day Photography / Film

A shorter 4-hour period of coverage capturing key moments of the day. This typically includes the ceremony, confetti, group photographs and a short portrait session, continuing into the early part of the reception where possible.

The collection contents included is reduced in line with the shorter coverage, with a smaller selection of photographs/films.

This coverage type does not cover Collection Three - Film (Extended)

600 GBP

Half Day Photography & Hybrid Film

A 4-hour period of coverage combining still images and moving frames. Photography remains the primary focus, with key moments such as entrances, the ceremony and confetti also recorded using the hybrid process.

The approach remains calm and attentive, allowing the day to unfold naturally. The collection contents included is reduced in line with the shorter coverage, with a smaller selection of photographs and a shorter film.

COLLECTIONS IN DETAIL

Collection One -

Photography

Approach

I work in an attentive and responsive way while allowing the day to unfold naturally. I can guide when needed, particularly during portraits and group photographs, while keeping the rest of the day relaxed and unobtrusive. My focus is on noticing the people, details and atmosphere around you, capturing moments as they happen without interrupting the natural rhythm of the day.

Tools

A range of focal lengths is used to move between wider scenes and more intimate moments.

Flash photography may be used throughout the day and into the evening, particularly for low light conditions.

Drone photography is used primarily for venue coverage, and may extend to aerial views of the ceremony, reception and group settings when possible. Drone us is dependent on both weather and location.

Delivery

Photographs are delivered through a private online photo gallery. The gallery remains open indefinitely.

Collection Two -

Film

Approach

I work alongside your photographer, filming quietly and without disruption. My approach is observational, focusing on the moments as they naturally unfold. The day is documented in a way that keeps things feeling natural, using a range of lenses and discreet audio equipment to capture both image and sound.

Tools

A combination of cameras and lenses is used throughout the day, selected in response to the pace and conditions as they unfold.

Cine lenses are used for more deliberate, composed moments, while digital lenses support general coverage.
A gimbal stabiliser is used mostly during moments with movement, such as confetti throws, entrances and the first dance, as well as for interior and exterior venue shots.

Typically, two tripods are positioned discreetly during ceremonies and speeches to ensure stable coverage. For smaller venues, a single tripod may be used, while for larger venues, additional angles may be set up.

Drone footage may be included for scene setting and when possible, used for aerial coverage of the ceremony and reception. When an additional filmmaker is present, the drone may also be used for more creative shots throughout the day, such as aerial coverage of the ceremony aisle walk, confetti and car journeys. Further ideas for drone us may be explored during the preperation stages.

Sound is captured using a variety of discreet microphones including pocket mics, lapel mics and clip-on mics. Where available, I can take a direct audio feed from the venue’s sound system (via an XLR or ¼-inch jack output), which is recorded directly into a reciever to capture speeches and live music clearly.

Delivery

All films are delivered through a private VidFlow gallery. The gallery remains available for 10 years, at which point you will be notified by VidFlow with the option to extend access.

Collection Three - Film (Extended)

Approach

The approach remains the same as Collection Two, filmed in an attentive and responsive way throughout the day. Footage is captured thoroughly, so if you choose to extend your film later, the footage will be available to fully support a longer film.

Tools

The tools used are the same as in Collection Two including a variety of different lenses and audio equipment, use of fixed stationary cameras and drone footage when possible.

Delivery

All films are delivered through a private VidFlow gallery. The gallery remains available for 10 years, after which you will be notified by VidFlow with the option to extend access.

Collection Four Photography & Hybrid Film

Approach

After several years working exclusively in wedding filmmaking, my interest in photography grew naturally. Over time, I developed both the technical skill and editing workflow to work confidently across both, leading to a combined approach that brings photography and film together.

I work in an attentive and responsive way, allowing the day to unfold naturally while capturing both formats without interruption. Photography remains slightly prioritised, while film is captured alongside throughout the day, not limited to key moments but extending across the more candid moments of the day as they happen.

The intention is to document what is present, noticing the people, details and atmosphere around you, while guiding when needed, particularly during portraits and group photographs. Both formats are captured in a way that feels natural and unobtrusive, without drawing attention or disrupting the flow of the day.

Tools

The setup is built from a filmmaking foundation, using multiple cameras, a wide selection of lenses, tripods, a drone and professional audio equipment throughout the day. At the centre of the process is a mounted documentary camera, positioned above the photography camera, allowing key moments such as the ceremony, confetti, entrances and first dance to be captured in motion while photographs are taken.

The documentary camera records in 4K at up to 60 frames per second, allowing moments to be slowed down in the edit where it suits the film.

The primary camera may also be switched to record mode to capture video when time allows. Alongside this, a secondary camera sits on my hip, fitted with a cinema lens to capture more considered or atmospheric moments on video. During ceremonies and speeches, additional stationary cameras are positioned for stable coverage, with audio captured using discreet recording devices.

Drone footage may be included for scene setting and, where possible, used for aerial coverage of the ceremony and reception.

Delivery

All films are delivered through a private VidFlow Hybrid Photo + Film gallery. The gallery remains available for 2 years, after which you will be notified by VidFlow with the option to extend access.

Note

Hybrid shooting means I’m capturing both photography and video at the same time, with slight priority on photography. It’s designed for smaller, more intimate weddings where this approach works naturally and without pressure. You’ll still get real moments on film, but it won’t be built with the same level of precision or coverage as a dedicated film setup. Some of the video footage, especially when I’m shooting in portrait for photography, will sometimes but not always translate into the main film and is better suited to shorter edits or trailers. The benefit is that everything is captured as it happens, without adding more people or interrupting the flow of the day which allows for a subtle approach, suited to couples looking for a calmer way of working who aren’t focused on perfect results. If you would like strong, fully developed films with consistent coverage across the day, then having an additional filmmaker(s) is the better option.

TIME

Timings are an important part of wedding planning and something we can look at together during the planning stage, should you like my thoughts.

I’m always happy to talk through timings and offer suggestions so we can understand what matters most to you and how much space is needed to capture it well. With thoughtful planning, moments can be captured fully without compromise.

I will be with you for roughly 10 hours, which most weddings fall within. I’m happy to be flexible with timings, however if your plans extend far beyond this, additional coverage should be arranged.

AMMENDMENTS

Once your gallery has been delivered, amendment requests are welcome for both photographs and films. I recommend taking a few days to sit with everything first, as your initial reaction often changes once you’ve had time to take it all in. From there, any changes can be discussed and refined together.

TRAVEL

Travel is included within 1½ hours of London.

For weddings requiring further travel, or those taking place abroad, any additional travel and accommodation costs will be agreed in advance.

BOOKING PROCESS

If my work feels aligned, the next step is a conversation. This can take place over a call, or you’re welcome to come to my studio in Haggerston if you’d prefer to meet in person. It’s simply a chance to get acquainted and talk through your plans as they currently stand, getting a feel for the day as a whole. At the end of our chat, there is no obligation to proceed. You’re welcome to take the time you need afterwards to decide whether it feels right.

If you choose to go ahead, a booking portal is made up containing your booking invoice which will outline your collection details, an e-contract for you to sign and a questionnaire for you to fill out. Your booking is secured with an e-signature and a 50% deposit, after which the date is reserved exclusively for you. The remaining balance is due up to 7 days before the wedding.

In the lead up to the day, I remain available for any planning conversations as and when needed. You’re welcome to reach out by text or email, or we can arrange a call. If helpful, a WhatsApp group can also be created with any suppliers, allowing for quick and open communication so everyone stays informed.

Final timings can be confirmed closer to the wedding, once your schedule for the day has been finalised. A questionnaire is provided ahead of time, which is ideally completed before our final call so we can refer to it together.

For those who prefer to move forward without a call, or where planning is being handled by a planner, booking can also be confirmed directly.

PERSONAL NOTE

"The information, ideas and images throughout this guide have been shaped by the couples who have trusted me to document their weddings.

This work is shaped by these relationships and by the places and people that surround them. That level of access is only possible through the trust each couple extends and for this, I am truly thankful.

I feel honoured to be part of such personal moments and grateful for the care, openness and consideration shown throughout each collaboration.

Thank you for your continued trust and support."
